Reservations & Payment

Reservations can be made on our website with a wide selection of cars and insurance options. A minimum prepayment of 25% is required to process and confirm your booking.

You can fully prepay online, or pay the remaining balance on pickup in CASH (Euro, USD, or Seychelles Rupees) or by Credit Card (VISA/MasterCard only). Note: A 3.5% convenience fee applies for card payments on pickup.

Yes, a prepayment is definitely required to secure your car rental reservation. Reservations without prepayment will not be processed.

Pick-up & Drop-off

We offer free pick-up and drop-off at most locations on Praslin island, including Praslin Ferry Terminal and Praslin Airport. For locations far from our base, a fee may apply.

Yes, but changes must be communicated at least 6 hours prior to the confirmed drop-off time. Changes made after this window will result in a full day's charge.

Any extension to the drop-off time without prior authorization will result in a full day's charge. Please contact us in advance if you need to extend your rental.

Vehicle Care & Cleaning

We kindly ask guests to minimize sand in the car. A valet cleaning charge of SCR 500 / €35 applies for:

• Wet seats

• Excessive sand under foot mats, on seats, dashboard, door panels, or center console

Beach sand has high salt content that can damage our vehicles, so please keep this in mind.

Insurance & Damage

Taxes and Collision Damage Waiver Insurance (CDW) are already included in our daily rates, with different excess/deductible options available.

Any accidents or damage must be reported to Pristine Cars immediately. We are available on WhatsApp at +248 252 9878. Accidents caused under the influence of alcohol or drugs void all insurance coverage.

No. Only representatives of the service provider are allowed to open the bonnet. Unauthorized access will void your CDW insurance coverage.

Mileage & Fuel

No! Guests have the freedom to explore every corner of the island with unlimited mileage.

All rental cars are provided with a FULL tank of fuel on pick-up and must be returned with a FULL tank. Any missing fuel will be automatically charged to your card.

Cancellation & Refunds

We offer FREE cancellation up to 48 hours before your confirmed pick-up date and time. Cancellations within 48 hours incur a 25% cancellation fee.

Once your cancellation is acknowledged, we will credit your card within 7-10 business days. Refunds are only applied to the original payment card.

If you do not cancel prior to your confirmed pick-up time or are a no-show, no portion of your prepayment will be refunded.
